tockerz57 asked:

I am adopting 2 little pug dogs and need to crate train them. They are a year and a half old and have always lived together. Do I get one cage that they can both fit in? or two crates and set them side by side?

    2 crates side by side.

Each dog should have its own crate.

2 seperate crates. place them side by side so the dogs can hear, see and smell one another.

crating is cruel would ou put our kid in a crate all night long not to get to food or water till you get up in the morning what if there is a fire are you going to take the time to take the crates what if some breaks into your house how can the help protect you. man you and the rest of the people that use crates for their pet dogs or cats should have to sleep in them there selves

i would do one big one. they would want to be by each other. if you use two they will whine and bark cause they are away from each other.

I would say separately, but you could observe them first and see if they sleep together or ask the former owner if available what they did. I say apart because if one becomes ill, then you will be already prepared to move them farther apart.
